Total Solar Eclipse Sketches - Sketches of eclipses from the 1800s that were combined on a glass lantern slide. These sketches appeared in numerous books and periodicals around the end of the 19th century as examples of how varied the solar corona appears from one eclipse to the next as well as from one observer to the next.
