Partial Eclipse Cartoons

When you talk with most people about solar eclipses chances are good they have seen a partial eclipse. Anyone that has seen a total solar eclipse knows that partial solar eclipses are okay, but they are missing the best part, totality. And because every total solar eclipse includes partial phases leading up to and after totality it is not uncommon for eclipse chasers to get a bit too excited about partial eclipses.
