I made an Error is the number one fear of any one who does the calculations for eclipse prediction work. Make a mistake and I am certain they will be after us with pitchforks and so on. This is also one reason why I avoid viewing from the northern or southern limits of the shadow path. Aim for near center and everything will be good.
