Solar Eclipse Conference SEC2018
Genk Belgium, August 2-5 2018
The most recentSolar Eclipse Conference took place from Thursday 2nd until Sunday 5th August 2018 at Cosmodrome Kattenvennen in Genk, Belgium. The scheduled date fell between
the July 27th total lunar eclipse and the August 11th partial solar eclipse in Scandinavia.
There were presentations on how to prepare for the upcoming eclipses of 2019 and 2020 in South America, 2021 in Antartica, reviews and scientific paper presentations related to the 2017 North American eclipse, and an opportunity to network with many other eclipse chasers from around the world. The overall conference was well attended and it was a lot of fun.
